Bola Ahmed Tinubu and President Muhammadu Buhari

Former Minister of Aviation Femi Fani-Kayode has called on President Muhammadu Buhari to take the advice of ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo and former Lagos State Governor Bola Tinubu.

Obasanjo had advised Buhari to dialogue with the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, while Tinubu also called for the restructuring of Nigeria.

Writing on his Twitter page on Sunday, Fani-Kayode said the president should stop the alleged killing of innocent Nigerians.

He wrote: ”OBJ says speak to Nnamdi Kanu. BAT says restructure Nigeria and don’t condemn IPOB. Take their advice, stop the killings and disband ur cabal!”

NGO Bill

Meanwhile, the chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) claimed that the Non Governmental Organisation (NGO) bill would cripple religious organisations like churches and mosques.

”The NGO Bill is evil. It will cripple Churches, Mosques and all NGOs and bring them under govt control. I advise Nigerians to resist it,” he tweeted.

The bill is being sponsored by Hon. Umar Jibril, the deputy majority leader of the House of Representatives.
