Stephanie Otobo has always been tied to controversy and hence should not be taken seriously, Yvonne Ogiemen, who claims to be Stephanie’s childhood friend, has revealed.
The Canada-based singer had accused the General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries (OFM), Apostle Johnson Suleman, of impregnating her, adding that he breached his promise to marry her.
But the cleric has denied the allegations.
And according to Yvonne, Stephanie ‘started courting controversies as early as age 15’.
Yvonne, who spoke about how Stephanie had been cunning her entry into Canada and how the cleric had sent her money without meeting her, added that she is no longer friends with the singer.
When asked in an interview with Naij if Stephanie’s allegations were false, Yvonne had this to say: “If it were someone else, I would have said there can’t be smoke without fire. But in Stephanie’s world, there can be smoke without fire.
”This is why I can say on good authority that it is a fat lie because of her antecedent. I know her so so well. For example, Stephanie started courting controversies from as early as the age of 15.
”She came in here as a student, through a phony admission syndicate in America from where she migrated to Canada. That is Stephanie for you. She would go to any length to make ends meet, including blackmail and extortion.”
