The Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday adjourned the trial of Justice Adeniyi Ademola to Febraury 20 and 21, 2017.
Presiding Judge, Jude Okeke, adjourned the case following an application for it by one of the defence lawyers, Robert Clarke.
At the continuation of hearing of the alleged corruption case preferred against Justice Ademola, who is a serving Judge of the Federal High Court, Robert Clarke prays the indulgence of the court to enable him attend to his health.
Led by Segun Jegede, the Prosecution team did not oppose the application because, according to him, a member of his defense team, is currently on admission at an undisclosed hospital.
Justice Okeke then adjourned the case for continuation of the trial.
