The newly-appointed General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of Rangers International, Christian Chukwu, has assured the club’s fans of a return to the top of the log and good times.
The ex-international, who also played for Rangers in his heydays said the first order of business is gaining a decent result when they visit FC IfeanyiUbah in Nnewi on Sunday. Kick-off is 4pm.
He said: “The club will certainly reclaim its top position within the Nigerian Professional Football League (NPFL) once more.
“My first goal and target in the club is getting a decent result in our oriental encounter with FC IfeanyiUbah on Sunday at Nnewi,” he said.

Chukwu called for patience and cooperation from Rangers fans as “there will be a turnaround in the fortunes of the club”. He added that the club was gearing up to have a fulfilling continental campaign in the Caf Champions League.
Rangers currently sit 12th on the table with 6 points after five games. They have won one, lost one and drawn 3. The loss was 2-1 loss to Abia Warriors on the opening day of the season at The Cathedral.
