As part of it efforts to ensure a hitch-free, fair and open examination process, the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that 2017 registration forms are not on sale yet.
The statement was made by Dr Fabian Benjamin, the JAMB’s Head of Media and Publicity. He said that prospective candidates should wait on the body’s announcement before buying forms. They should therefore not fall prey to fraudsters.
He said: “I want the public to be patient. We are putting finishing touches to the arrangements for a hitch-free outing.
“We do not want a repeat of what had been happening before and during registration this year.
“We need to ensure that prospective candidates do the right thing and get their results without problems.
“So we want to appeal to prospective candidates to be patient as we will soon begin the sale of the forms,’’ Benjamin said.
To know when the form is on sale, candidates should regularly check the JAMB website for updates.
